Thank you for your interest in the products and services provided by Warrnambool Trailers
This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical good purchased from Warrnambool Trailers.
What does this limited warranty cover?
The limited Warranty covers any defects in materials and/or structural components related to your purchase, and is limited to normal use during the warranty period.
This warranty excludes wear and tear, rust, misuse, damage from accidents, modifications made without authority from Warrnambool Trailers and consumable items like tyres.
During said warranty period Warranmbool Trailers will repair or replace the parts or products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance at no charge.
Any damage caused by the above exclusions will be required to be repaired at the expense of the purchaser.
What will we do to correct the problem?
Warrnambool Trailers will repair the product at no charge, using new and approved replacement parts, providing it is covered within the limited warranty.
How long does coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Warrnambool Trailers is one calendar year from the date of purchase for the aluminium range, and two calendar years from the date of purchase for the galvanised steel range.
A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

To obtain warranty services you must first contact Warranmbool Trailers on 0419 988 091 to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution based on the defect, at the business owner’s discretion.
